Privacy Policy

Effective date: 29 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Solanki Digital Assets (“SDA”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through solankidigitalassets.com. We collect only what is necessary to respond to inquiries and operate the site.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through our inquiry form, which is limited to your name, email address, your selected area of interest, and the message you submit. We do not ask for sensitive personal data and request that you do not include it in your message.

Our hosting and security provider may automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) for security, fraud prevention and reliability. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; only strictly necessary cookies that the hosting and security layer may set to operate and protect the site.

2. How we use your information

3. Legal basis

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to and evaluating business inquiries. Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process data based on the consent you provide for the stated purpose.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the site, and your data may be processed by them solely to provide their service:

These providers act as processors under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell your personal data.

Because these providers operate globally, your information may be processed in countries outside your own, including outside the EU/UK and India. Where required by law, such transfers rely on the providers’ own safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses) for international data transfers.

5. Retention

We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, legal and security purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@solankidigitalassets.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and a hardened security configuration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
